I began my yoga journey while living New York City healing from a serious ankle injury. After 7 years of character building in NYC, I traded in my MetroCard for the high desert mountains and open spaces of Utah. Upon my arrival in Salt Lake City, I turned to yoga for community. It was then the time was right to pursue the path of yoga teacher. I am Yoga Alliance RYT-500, with training in therapeutic yoga, trauma sensitive yoga, and yoga for cancer (Y4C). I incorporate my knowledge of feng shui and Taoist philosophy in my yoga practice. I specialize in transition and transformation. My mantra is: Life is full of surprises. Trust the process.

Ritual Relish is my product line. I make malas and small batch, ethically sourced, vegan + cruelty free lifestyle products.

I transplanted myself (and Ritual Relish) back to Dallas in February 2023. I offer a public class, Mellow Movement, at Art on Main on Saturdays at 11am, private yoga sessions (including Yoga Nidra), and I am still making malas and doing Feng Shui consults.

In my spare time I like to make art, hike, cook, read true crime, and hang out with my tabby cat, Oliver.
